Power-Pipe named as MIB Awards’ finalist

Ashley Prescott, director at Power-Pipe UK, said: “We are proud to have our UK operation based in Merseyside, which has for centuries been a gateway to excellence and innovation and it’s a real honour to be named as a finalist alongside some of the region’s engineering elite.

“Winning this award would be an important step for our business as it will allow our systems to gain valuable recognition across our industry and key decision makers in the city for its cost-effective energy efficiency performance.”

The MIB Awards take place on Thursday 29 September, 2016, at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool’s Titanic Hotel and will be hosted by BBC Radio Merseyside’s Roger Philips and his daughter, Ellie.

Competition judges on the evening include former Lord Mayor Cllr Gary Millar, Liverpool & Sefton Chambers of Commerce chief executive Jenny Stewart and Liverpool Vision chief executive Max Steinberg.

What Others Have To Say

“When it comes to Waste Water Heat Recovery, Power-Pipe is the ideal solution for our properties as it is extremely cost-effective and easy to install.

“Using Power-Pipe has also allowed us to pass SAP regulations with certain house types which otherwise would have failed.

“It is the only system we’ve come across where 22mm connections come as standard, making it easy for our plumbers to incorporate when fitting it into homes. “The ongoing advice and support from the company’s technical team has been excellent so we are delighted to have Power-Pipes’ products and services on board at Redrow Homes.”
